Privacy

The short version: this website does not collect anything about you. The details you give us when you call, text or email are used to quote and schedule your job, and that is it.

What this website collects

Nothing. There are no forms that store your information, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics on this site. We do not set cookies.

The price calculator runs entirely in your browser. The length you type is never sent anywhere.

What you share with us directly

When you call, text or email us, you may give us details like:

  • Your name and phone number or email address
  • The make, type and length of your RV, boat or vehicle
  • Where it is parked, so we can come to it
  • Photos or notes about the condition it is in

We use this only to give you a quote, schedule the work and follow up about your job. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Outside services this site uses

  • Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
  • Facebook is linked from this site. If you follow that link, Facebook's own privacy policy applies on their site.
  • Your phone and email apps open when you tap our number, the text button or our email address. Messages you send go through your own carrier or email provider.

Photos of our work

We post photos of rigs we have cleaned on our Facebook page and on this site. If you would rather your RV, boat or vehicle not appear, tell us and we will leave it out or take it down.

Questions or requests

If you want us to delete the details you have shared with us, or you have any question about this page, call (423) 237-3360 or email Mountaintopoutdoorsolutions@gmail.com.
